Certain programs at Bay College have a selective admission process. Admittance into these curriculums are subject to application deadlines and have program-specific entrance requirements beyond those required for typical admission to Bay College. Admission to Bay College does not guarantee entry into a Selective Admissions program.


Nursing Program

Bay College's nursing programs include classroom study, patient care simulation and supervised clinical practice in healthcare facilities around the region. The nursing programs are designed to promote career mobility and offer qualified students alternative educational tracks according to their career goals.

Paramedic Program

Bay College is one of the few colleges in the region that offers an academic degree in Paramedics, which enables students to pursue further education in four year institutions. Bay College will be offering courses in the Paramedic Associate Degree Program starting every fall. The Paramedic Completion Program is a selective admissions program, where students will be required to rank for admission.

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Program

Bay College will be offering courses in the Emergency Medical Technician-Basic Certificate Program starting every fall. Bay College is one of the few colleges that offer EMT-Basic program for academic credit, enabling students to continue for an AAS-Paramedic locally.
