Jillena Rose is the Director of Transfer and Advising at Bay College. She earned her BA in English Language and Literature from LSSU in 2003 and her MFA in Creative Writing from Warren Wilson College in 2006. In her 19 years at Lake Superior State University, Jillena held various roles, including learning and student support staff, full-time faculty, and mid-level administration. Her dedication to understanding and enhancing the student experience in higher education has been central to her career.
